We are pretty picky when it comes to products we recommend to friends.  It is so frustrating to read reviews and be so excited to use a product only to be disappointed it doesn’t live up to the hype. 

The Hydro Flask 21 oz (standard mouth) water bottle is NOT one of those products!  Originally given to us as a gift from friends, we were delighted to see it ACTUALLY works. 

We were hooked after we took it to Disney and after a long day in the Florida heat the ice didn’t melt!  Right?!  We’ve also used the bottle to hold boiling water for hot chocolate and the drink needed to cool before we could drink it.   

We take our Hydro Flask everywhere, near and far, when we travel.  It comes with us empty to the airport and we fill it up at the water fountain once past security.  We love that we aren’t adding to plastic bottle waste!  Our Hydro Flask has had some great travel adventures with us, to include braving the local grocery store weekly!

“Perhaps This Is…” Hydro Flask Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:  The “Perhaps This Is…” Hydro Flask Giveaway is open to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age, or older, at the time of entry.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all laws and regulations, to include federal, state and local.  Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.  
2. Sponsor: www.perhapsthisis.com (P.O. Box 251, Comstock Park, MI 49321) is the sole sponsor of sweepstakes and has no affiliation with, nor has received any compensation or product from, Hydro Flask.  
3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the “Perhaps This Is…” Hydro Flask Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally agrees to and accepts the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.  An entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes for failure to comply with any of these rules.
4. Timing:  The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on November 17, 2018 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on December 31, 2018 (the “Perhaps This Is…” Hydro Flask Giveaway period”).  
5. How to Enter: Visit www.perhapsthisis.com and subscribe to the email list.  All entries must be submitted by the individual entrant.  One entry per person.  Duplicate, automated or bulk entries will be disqualified (including, but not limited to, entries submitted by script, macro, bot or a sweepstakes service). 
6. Winner Selection:  One (1) Sweepstakes winner will be selected from all eligible entries received on January 2, 2019.  The winner will be notified by email used to enter Sweepstakes.  Winner must respond with their U.S. mailing address to claim their prize by January 9th, 2019.  A valid street address is required for delivery.  Noncompliance within that time period will result in disqualification from Sweepstakes and selection of an alternate winner.  In the event of any noncompliance with any rules and conditions, prize may be awarded to alternate winner.  Any taxes pertaining to the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.  
7. Sweepstakes Prize:  One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Hydro Flask 21 oz. standard mouth water bottle (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price $32.95).  Sponsor will cover postage to mail prize to winner (one time) only. Winner will solely be responsible for any additional expenses.
8. Publicity: By entering the Sweepstakes, the winner consents to the use of winner’s name for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsor (except where prohibited) with no additional permission or compensation. 
9. Privacy:  Entrant’s email address will only be used for subscription to www.perhapsthisis.com email list and will not be shared or sold to any other companies.  Entrant can decide to opt out of email list at any time.  Correspondence sent through email subscription contains information on how to be removed from the mailing list. 
10. Release: By participating, the Winner agrees that the Sponsor,  Sponsor’s advertising, promotional and email subscription agencies and manufacturer of Grand Prize will have no liability, whatsoever, and will be held harmless by Winner for injuries, damages or losses, to person/property of any kind (including death) as the result of, directly or indirectly, the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the Prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.
