Mission Point Resort Giveaway Official Rules

Official Rules/Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The Perhaps This Is LLC Mission Point Resort Giveaway (the “Giveaway) is open to legal residents of the (50) United States who are 18 years of age, or older, at the time of entry. Employees of Perhaps This Is LLC, Mission Point Resort, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 
  2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on April 11, 2024 and ends at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on April 25, 2024 (the “Giveaway period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
  3. Sponsor: Perhaps This Is, LLC (Sponsor) is the sole sponsor of the sweepstakes and was provided (at no cost) the giveaway and all items included in the giveaway by Mission Point Resort on Mackinac Island, MI.  
  4. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally agrees to and accepts the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.  An entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes for failure to comply with any of these rules. 
  5. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period: 
  • Visit the “Celebrate With Us: Enter To Win A Mission Point Resort Giveaway” post on www.perhapsthisis.com. 
  • Subscribe to the email list using the Rafflecopter widget. 
  • Join the Mackinac Island Travel Tips & Suggestions Facebook Group. 
  • One (1) entry per person. Entrant must subscribe to the email list AND be an active member of the Mackinac Island Travel Tips & Suggestions Facebook group to be eligible to win.
  • All entries must be submitted by the individual entrant. Duplicate, automated or bulk entries will be disqualified (including, but not limited to, entries submitted by script, macro, bot or a sweepstakes service). 
  1. Email Subscription Disclaimer: By submitting your email address to join Sponsor’s email list, you are consenting to receive marketing emails from Sponsor and Mission Point Resort. These emails may include updates, promotions, special offers, and other information related to Mackinac Island travel, events, and services. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in the emails. Your email address will be securely stored and will not be shared with any third parties outside of Sponsor and Mission Point Resort. 
  2. Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive:
  • A two-night stay in a family suite for up to four (4) guests at Mission Point Resort on Mackinac Island, MI.
  • A $300 food credit to be used at Mission Point Resort on Mackinac Island, MI.
  • Complimentary 4-hour bike rental(s) for up to four (4) people.
  • Roundtrip Ferry ticket(s) to Mackinac Island for up to four (4) people.
  • Dates available to redeem prize are April 26, 2024 through May 9, 2024 or October 1, 2024 through October 24, 2024.
  • The total approximate retail value of the prize package is $1,400.00-$1,700.00. Prize may not be redeemed for cash value.
  1. Winner Selection:  One (1) Giveaway winner will be selected at random (by Rafflecopter) from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified through the email account information used to enter the Giveaway within 48 hours following the end of the Giveaway Period. Potential winner must accept the prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within the specified time period, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Any winner notification not responded to within 48 hours or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. Any taxes pertaining to the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.  
  2. General Conditions: The Sponsor and Mission Point Resort reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
  3. Publicity: By entering the Sweepstakes, the winner consents to the use of winner’s name for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsor (except where prohibited) with no additional permission or compensation. 
  4. Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on Sponsor’s website. To view the Privacy Policy, visit HERE. 
  5. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Perhaps This Is, LLC. This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
  6. Release: By participating, the Winner agrees that the Sponsor, Sponsor’s advertising, promotional and email subscription agencies and manufacturer of Grand Prize will have no liability, whatsoever, and will be held harmless by Winner for injuries, damages or losses, to person/property of any kind (including death) as the result of, directly or indirectly, the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the Prize or participation in the Giveaway.  
  7. Winner List: To request a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Perhaps This Is LLC, P.O. Box 251, Comstock Park, MI 49321.
