50K Celebration Giveaway Official Rules and Terms & Conditions -

Eligibility:

The Perhaps This Is LLC 50k Celebration Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Perhaps This Is LLC, Lilac Tree Suites, Mackinac State Historic Parks, Arnold Transit Company, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of such employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Giveaway Period:

The Giveaway begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on August 11, 2025, and ends at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 1, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Sponsor:

The Giveaway is sponsored by Perhaps This Is, LLC (“Sponsor”). Giveaway items were provided at no cost by Lilac Tree Suites, Mackinac State Historic Parks, and Arnold Transit Company on Mackinac Island, MI. Pink Pony gift card was provided by Perhaps This Is, LLC.

Agreement to Official Rules:

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Noncompliance may result in disqualification.

How to Enter:

To enter during the Giveaway Period:

Visit the “50k Celebration Giveaway” post at www.perhapsthisis.com.
Subscribe to the email list using the Rafflecopter widget on the page.
Follow all participating businesses on the social media platforms specified in the Rafflecopter entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entrants must be current, approved members of the Mackinac Island Travel Tips & Suggestions Facebook group at the time of the drawing. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or by any means which subvert the entry process, will be void.

These communications may include travel tips, promotions, event news, and other relevant updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any such email. Your information will not be shared outside these four entities.

Prize:

One (1) grand prize winner will receive:

A one-night stay in an Island View Suite (Two Queens or a King) at Lilac Tree Suites for up to four (4) guests. Valid Sunday through Thursday during the 2026 season between May 1st–31st, 2026 or October 1st–25th, 2026. Subject to availability; blackout dates may apply.
A 7-Day All-Access Family Pass from Mackinac State Historic Parks, valid for use in 2026. Covers two (2) adults from the same household and their dependent children or grandchildren under 18.
Round-trip Arnold Transit Company Traditional ferry tickets for up to four (4) people.
$50 gift card to Pink Pony Restaurant

Prize must be redeemed between during the 2026 Season May 1st, 2026 through October 25th, 2026. Lilac Tree Suite stay is valid Sunday through Thursday during the 2026 season between May 1st–31st, 2026 or October 1st–25th, 2026. Subject to availability; blackout dates may apply. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $750–$1,050. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection & Notification:

One (1) winner will be randomly selected via Rafflecopter from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 48 hours of the Giveaway ending. The winner must respond and accept the prize by replying to the Sponsor within 48 hours of notification. If the winner fails to respond within that timeframe or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

General Conditions:

Sponsor and prize providers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name for promotional purposes in connection with the Giveaway, in any media, worldwide, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Release:

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, promotional partners, and each of their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
